> the objective:

Caliba is an innovative quantity surveying and cost management firm. As a new business, they needed help dialling up their brand awareness and credibility on social media. Our mission was to put the brand front of mind of developers / construction companies.

> the approach:

To achieve our goal, we began by producing a full marketing strategy which included a full market analysis, competitor analysis, website analysis, SWOT analysis, and target market analysis. This meant we could gain a deeper insights into their target audience to learn where they were spending their time scrolling and when. We learned that the core audience was property developers, construction professionals, and architects. Using data and insights from the strategy, we produced a further social media strategy focussed on LinkedIn.

> the roll out:

We used the marketing and social media strategy to identify key content pillars that the target market would engage with on LinkedIn. We focussed on the company page for brand awareness, further amplifying it on the company directors’ personal LinkedIn page to add a face to the brand and give their audience someone to connect with on a deeper level. We also spent time with him preparing an events calendar for networking events that were suitable for the type of business he was looking to pick up in the industry. We felt that sitting down and providing our support and knowledge on how to bring his website to life was a valuable tool that would then allow us to prepare content that would act as a lead magnet to generate leads and gather target client data through that updated website page. The brochure’s we designed allowed Caliba to position themselves as thought leaders, and would be impressive to leave with new potential clients as well as their existing clients.

> the results:

We saw a huge improvement in the brands engagement through our activity. Including an increase in followers for the brand by 940% in less than 1 year, with unique visitors up by 545% and page views increasing by 460%. Additionally, our consultancy work which included providing him with a calendar of events to attend to further amplify his personal brand resulted in a new contract.
