> the objective:

The wealth management team at Raffingers wanted to host an in-person seminar on Inheritance tax and its impact to provide valuable information to their clients. They aimed to educate their clients on minimizing inheritance tax bills, investments, and retirement planning while showcasing Raffingers' expertise in wealth management. Our objective was to plan, promote and manage the event to achieve maximum attendance, engagement, and positive feedback from attendees, and to create opportunities for follow-up meetings to further assist clients with their wealth management needs.

> the approach:

We began by working closely with the wealth management team at Raffingers to determine the target audience and invite list for the event. We then booked a suitable venue, the Prince Regents Hotel in Chigwell, and arranged catering for the day. Our Creative Captain designed a branded workbook for attendees, which was included in a goody bag with other items such as a power bank, pen, sweets, do not disturb door hanger and a branded water bottle. Our Marketing Magician worked on confirming attendance and dietary requirements, while our team set up the event, placed goody bags on chairs, helped attendees with parking and timings, and captured content throughout the day.

> the roll out:

For promotion, we created enticing email invites with a sense of urgency to encourage Raffingers clients to RSVP. We also utilized social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to reach a wider audience. Finally, we encouraged the partners of the firm to personally invite select clients to increase attendance.

> the results:

Overall, the event was a success, achieving our objectives of maximum attendance, engagement and positive feedback from attendees, & creating opportunities for follow-up meetings. So far, at least two of the attendees have enquired into the inheritance tax services, with others in the pipeline.
