> the objective:

2B Heard’s Director was looking to establish himself as a thought leader within the industry. Our goal was to build a personal brand strategy that would establish authority in the market and generate new prospects for the 2B Heard brand.

> the approach:

We began the project by carrying out a full personal brand strategy, including audience definition and a profile and bio audit. With the strategy and audit approved, we conducted a 2 hour interview with the client to better understand his tone of voice, opinions, services and goals. We then began working on the content calendar and content creation, including the creation of graphics, videos and text posts in line with the strategy and authentic to his opinions and tone of voice.

> the roll out:

Based on the strategy, we knew it was essential to produce a minimum of 20x posts per month delivered specifically on LinkedIn, and due to the Director’s busy schedule, we schedule all content and manage all community engagement.
