> the objective:

Anstey Horne are the UK’s top specialist Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Party Wall, Building Consultancy & Fire Consultancy practice. Our mission was to provide them with a marketing strategy that would help them to increase overall market share, raise brand awareness in their new locations and build their online presence. It was also important to the business that the strategy included ideas for raising awareness of the lack of diversity in the property industry.

> the approach:

With all marketing strategies, we begin with extensive market research including analysing data, industry trends, competitors and conducting a thorough target market analysis. We then carry-out a full analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business and use this information to do audit their existing marketing channels, such as social media and website.

> the roll out:

With the research gathered, we created a detailed marketing strategy for the brand including customer personas and identified which channels they should be focussing their budget on to achieve their goals. The marketing strategy was then delivered to client, for them to implement themselves or to engage us / another agency to implement parts or all of it.

> the results:

We delivered a marketing strategy to the client, which included strategies for organic social, personal branding, content creation and campaigns focussed around women in property and their new locations. The marketing strategy was designed to encourage better employee advocacy with their goals in mind. We also created a tactical marketing plan template for Anstey Horne to use and update as required.
