> the objective:

Our client - Raffingers Chartered Certified Accountants approached us with the objective of challenging the stereotypes of their industry. They wanted to move away from the traditional image of accountancy and establish themselves as a modern and innovative firm. Their ultimate goal was to attract a younger demographic and differentiate themselves from their competitors.

> the approach:

To achieve our client's objectives, we took a comprehensive approach to the corporate rebrand. We started by conducting extensive research to gain a deep understanding of our client's target audience and market trends. This research informed our brand strategy and messaging, which was centered around the idea of 'embracing change'.

We then designed a new logo that represented our client's new identity as a modern and innovative firm. The logo featured a bold and dynamic design with a fresh color palette. Following this, we established a new visual identity that included color palettes, typography, and imagery that reflected our client's new identity.

We then designed and developed a new website that reflected our client's new identity and provided an exceptional user experience. The website featured a modern design with engaging visuals, clear messaging, and easy-to-use navigation.

Next, we designed new marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, letter heads, and other print and digital marketing assets that reflected our client's new identity. We then developed internal communications to ensure that employees were aware of the rebrand and understood its implications. We also designed new employee welcome packs, internal newsletter templates, and other assets. We then provided training and support to help employees embrace the new identity and messaging.

> the roll out:

The roll-out of the corporate rebrand involved a phased approach, starting with the launch of the new website and advertising campaign. We also updated our client's marketing collateral and provided training and support to employees. The full rebrand was completed over a period of six months.

> the results:

The corporate rebrand was a great success, achieving the following results:

  1. Improved Brand Perception: Our client's new identity and messaging were well-received by their target audience, and the rebrand helped improve their brand perception and differentiate them from their competitors.

  2. Increased Engagement: The new website generated increased engagement and website traffic has increased by 50%, resulting in an increase in lead generation and conversions. New clients derived from marketing efforts have increased from 6% to 25%.

  3. Improved Employee Engagement: The internal communications and training provided to employees resulted in increased engagement and buy-in, helping to establish the new identity and messaging across the organisation.

Overall, the corporate rebrand was a great success, helping our client establish themselves as a modern and innovative firm that challenged the stereotypes of the accountancy industry.
